You can not be perfect and still be a champ
When we attempt to make changes in our life, we try to do everything at once and eventually fail because we become overwhelmed. So how does change happen? Small, gradual modification over time. Changing too much too quickly will always impede progress.
The critic can only tell us what they see (or want to see) as a spectator. The onus is on the receiver to sort through the criticism (and its tone, timing, buffering, and so on) in his or her effort to get to the constructive part. If the critic’s criticism lacks meaning or relevance, then that so and so is a poor critic, and that’s on them.
